Saucey Oysters & BBQ was established in the summer of 2018. Family owned, black owned, based in Sacramento, CA. the owners “D” & “Eesh” started creating variations of their signature sauce for family dinners, cookouts and private parties. The overwhelming positive feedback from friends and family inspired the duo to take their saucey creation & love for BBQ to the streets of Sacramento. They set up a tent and a grill in various parking lots, eager and excited to grill oysters and various BBQ selections. Word spread like wild fire throughout the city about the flavorful oyster experience. D and Eesh found their niche, the people wanted their Saucey Oysters! Today, you can find their established mobile business on the road at Pop-Ups, Festivals, Fairs and Night Markets. Saucey Oysters are locally sourced, chargrilled, made-to-order, made with love and gluten free.
